BOOKING:
Bookings may be made using the following methods:
1) by telephone;
2) in writing (via email or fax);
3) guaranteed by means of a money transfer of a deposit of 30% of the full price for the stay;
4) guaranteed by using a credit card and / or confirmatory deposit;
5) return the authorisation to apply the clauses of the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A) Information of any cancellations must be either telephoned, or sent to us in writing and sent via either email, fax, or post.
B) Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties:
b.1) up to 7 days prior to the arrival date: no penalty and the deposit may be reused towards a rebooking for a new arrival date;
b.2) between 4 and 6 days prior to the arrival date: the credit card will be debited by 50% of the full booking price;
b.3) three days or less prior to the arrival date: the full price (100%) of the booking will be debited from the credit card.
C) Any reductions in the length of the stay are considered as cancellations.
D) In cases of no show, or early departure, the full price of the booking will be debited from the credit card.
Pets (domesticated animals)
Pets are permitted. A supplementary fee may be requested.
Credit cards accepted
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, V Pay
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by requesting authorisation from the card issuer.
