BOOKINGS
Booking requests can be made in the following ways:
1) by phone;
2) in writing (email or fax);
3) guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay;
4) guaranteed by credit card and/or bank transfer of the deposit;
5) include consent for the application of the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A) Any cancellations must be advised in writing (email, fax or post) or by phone.
B) Cancelled bookings are payable as follows:
b.1) 7 or more days before the date of arrival, no charge is made and the deposit can be re-used for a new booking;
b.2) between 6 and 4 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card;
b.3) 3 days or less before the date of arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card.
C) Any reductions in the duration of the stay will be considered cancellations.
D) In the event of failure to arrive or early departure, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card.

The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of credit cards prior to arrival (by requesting authorisation from the relative bank).
